Automated Pipe Processing Workflow
Loading → Laser Cutting / Hole Cutting → First-End Grooving → Second-End Grooving → Discharge
1. "A" — Infeed Rack
Steel pipes are loaded and automatically transferred into the line.
2. "B" — Laser Processing Station
Pipes are conveyed for cut-to-length or hole cutting.
3. "C" — First-End Grooving Station
The first pipe end is automatically grooved.
4. "D" — Second-End Grooving Station
The opposite end is grooved before the finished pipe is discharged.
